Orders are processed and shipped out in 7 to 10 business days. (Does not include shipping time). This is because most items are made to order and mostly everything is handmade. This ensures that I am providing only the BEST quality items to you while also maintaining proper packaging.

Products are shipped via USPS or UPS. All products are shipped "FOB shipping point" or "FOB origin". This means that the customer/buyer is responsible for shipping fees and takes responsibility for the product once it leaves our premises. Additionally, customer is responsible for all import fees. We will always try to process and ship orders within 7-10 business days of order placement. However, shipping may be delayed when I travel for business ventures. Shipping delays will always be noted on our home page.

Once your package leaves our location we, Whimsical Ware IS NOT responsible for delays, damages to packages or product due to shipping and lost or stolen packages. Carriers at this time do not guarantee any shipping times. (you can read about each carriers policies on their respective websites.)

It is your responsibility to contact the carrier, (USPS or UPS) for resolution or make claims as needed. Refunds will not be issued by Whimsical Ware for USPS or UPS shipping issues.
